Hello again, I haven’t posted anything here for a couple of days now, but I’m here now 🙂 Today I appreciate that I was reminded of how important it is to deliberately appreciate. We can by directing our focus create the experience of appreciation, wich is the same frequency as love. When we vibrate at the frequency of love we get aligned with our higher self and then magic just seems to happen 🙂

Marco Deb’s Daily Appreciation, Day 239
Today was an amazing day. It was a snowstorm here in Stockholm, Sweden. The traffic was a complete kaos. Because of all the snow all buses was canceled and I needed to get in to town. When I was standing at the bus-stop a man offered me a ride to town. In the car we spoke about small acts of kindness and paying it forward. I did pay it forward acts of kindness today. It seemed like I was at the right time and place several times during this day. I helped 7 persons that was stuck in the snow with their cars. I meet wonderful people that I got a great vibe with. I appreciate this day 🙂
